My order hasn't been delivered yet, what can I do?

I wish to return my order, what is the procedure?
You can return your order within 14 days provided that the products have not been worn and that the jewelry can keep its small reference tag.
The return costs are at your expense.

Does ZAG jewelry have a guarantee?
Our jewels are guaranteed 1 year on presentation of the proof of purchase (our invoice). Please note that the warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or defects caused by improper maintenance of the product. The jewel goes through our expertise service before any repair. Send us a picture of your product and specify the defect to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the defect is covered by the warranty we will send you a return slip.
